Bullet moulds (molds if you're American) are widely
available in the commonest sizes, but if you need an oddball
one you can get it made by
Jeff Tanner. Moulds come in two types, aluminium and
cast iron. Aluminium ones are made by Lee and have been
around for about twenty years now, while cast iron are made
by Lyman and RCBS and have been around for many years. Large
moulds generally come in single cavity, while smaller moulds
have two cavities.
Some oddball moulds come in brass, and while they're OK
for casting a few bullets, they heat up far too quickly for
a decent casting session. Aluminium are reputed to be less
robust than cast iron, but they're far cheaper and work well
enough for me. In any case, the Lee round ball moulds are
also superior to any of the cast-iron ones as they leave
less of a sprue.
That's basically it for expensive equipment. There are a few
other bits and pieces you'l need, but they can be picked up
anywhere for next to nothing.
Wooden Stick - for opening the sprue plate
Soft cloth - to drop the bullets onto
Protective clothing - gloves, long sleeves, goggles
